A Finish

Hi,

I have a another finish for 2016. Hares Happy Haunting a complimentary chart from Plum Street Samplers. I started in end of November and finished it up on Dec 30, 2016. Here is a pic of the stitched piece. Now working on a free design from my LNS Crab Biscorne. I have been stitching here and there, watching Flosstube, playing WOW, going to work and a little bit of reading. Hope you have a Good New Years Eve! Hoping you all can stitch! Little bit of Stitching

Hi,
Have done a little bit of Stitching. since I post last I read Into the Wild that was recommended by my BIL. It was a good read, interesting since I have visited some of the places that were written about in the book.  Now reading Bruce Springsteen book Born to Run. Yesterday we spent the day at one of my sisters house. Her in-laws had a birthday party for her. today we got up watched St Vincent again while eating breakfast and did a little bit of stitching. No longer MIA - The weather has turned

Hi,
The weather has turned to cooler temputures and back inside. Working on Falling Leaves. Went to the Stitching Post and picked up the needed floss and aida on Sunday. Last night stitched for two hours and completed one of the leaves. Not much is new.... this past spring we drove cross country to CA, and spent the summer weekends up at camp. Since the cooler temps back inside to do stitching. Hope to post more.

Hares - Plum Street Samplers Finish

Hi,
Snowing here in Maryland. I was reminded of this uncompleted project in my stash by Plum Street Samplers I just love these. . I thought it was done but the symbol for the 581 Moss Green was difficult to see on my chart. So I got it out today and finished stitching it up. http://plumstreetsamplers.typepad.com/plum_street_samplers/2010/03/ideas-of-march.html. Need to find a frame for it. See if I get ambitious today and look for one in my stash.
Also starting to listen to Serial - I started a while ago but now getting back to it since I am stitching again.

Heart of Hearts Bent Creek

Hi, Started stitching Heart of Hearts Bent Creek on Dec 27th 2015 and put the last stiches in it to today January 25th 2016. First finish of the year. Off today due to the Blizzard Jonas of 2016. Our street is still not plowed they did come by during the storm and made a loop in our dead end. Now waiting for them to come back and do another pass. We were able to dig out yesterday with the help (YAY) snow blower. We had about 20 inches on our driveway. Not much else been going on been reading. Reading my third book this year. Husband is playing Fallout 4. Hope you all are doing well and are doing what you like to do. Take Care,
