No stitching

Hi,
Not much going on and no stitching done. Last weekend we were camping and had a fantastic time. This weekend we got the truck serviced, errands and some chores done around the house. Another weekend gone....back to work tomorrow; all is good. Did go to the LNS and purchased PS Cats, Bats and Witches and Mill Hill Lakeside retreat. Also ordered the JCS Preview Halloween, the JCS Halloween Book and the JCS Ornament Issue. The JCS Preview Halloween came in I picked that up. Need to get to some stitching. Now on to play WOW.

Whereabouts!

Hi,
Been in FL visiting with my Mom and my older sisters. Trip was good, glad I went. Very little stitching while I was away, but I read 4 books. Took care of Mom mostly, visited with my sisters.
Looking forward to this weekend going to OC to the Stitcher's Jamboree. Just went to my LNS The Stitching Post to pick up the November JABC Teacup. Went to work today.....off tomorrow.

Weekend and Enabling

Spent the weekend Thurs-Sun with my niece and nephew. My sister and her husband went away for the weekend. We had a good time.....we ate out, shopping, played video games, and did some crafting. We made a foam Booville Halloween Shops. I went to the LNS and picked up the JCS Christmas ' Magazine, and I found at Books a Million, October's The Cross Stitcher which has couple of Fall related patterns I want to stitch. Lisa over at Hockey Mom Stitchin Hobby was the enabler, I just love the Trick or Treat and Fall Lineup. So more to stitch. All was a lot of fun. No stitching this weekend, I planned on it and had it out but our neighbors came by and picked up the sofa and the old tv.....so we helped them load them in the truck. Hope everyone was able to stitch....

Some stitching

Hi,
Been stitching on the coffee break on and off all week, just have a little bit of back stitch to do. Hopefully I will finish it tomorrow. Today our LNS has a stitching night so off we (my stitching BFF) and I. Had a great time, stitched on the March towel, year of towels by.....will let you know later. Finished half of the lion..... had a great time, enjoy stitching with other stitchers. Great motivation. Tomorrow is laundry and meeting some friends for lunch. Hope to get both of these projects done this week. If I place a deadline, then I seem to stitch and get them done.

Happenings

Been stitching a little this weekend. A few hours at the LNS which had a stitching night went with my best stitching friend. Fun seeing all the stitching being done. I worked on the crab is in. ONe of the stitchers had completed it recently and told me to stitch around the letters so they stood out more. I did that yesterday when I went to my sisters. My sister and I did some shopping, didnt buy much...nothing we needed from the sales. This morning finished up the book Bloody Mary...if you like murder and police stories these are for you...very graphic on the murders. I am in the midst of baking cookies, reading the next in the series Rusty Nail and doing laundry. Hope to get to some stitching this afternoon. Enjoy!
